During his earlier years as an athlete and coach, Aaron came to realize the truth of Billy Graham's perceptive observation: "A coach will impact more people in one year than the average person will in an entire lifetime." Many coaches impacted Aaron during his playing career. Later, he had the opportunity to use his coaching role to positively influence young athletes. Now, he desires to walk side-by-side with coaches and athletes as they pursue a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. 

Aaron and his wife Shannon live in McPherson; they have three kids, Jory, Emma, and Maddox.
